Our Valenciana-style Paella

It's a crowd-pleasing meal and a show! Our most-requested catering favourite is popular for a reason. Your guests will be coming back for 2nds and 3rds.

Our special Valenciana-style paella doesn't skimp on quality authentic ingredients. For maximum flavour to give you and your guests the ultimate paella experience, we include: chorizo, prawn, chicken, mussels, squid rings, saffron, pimenton, piquillo peppers, peas, Spanish bomba rice, white wine, lemon, parsley from our edible garden and more ...  

Naturally free from gluten, dairy, egg and nuts (contains crustacean, mollusc). Let us bring the paella party to you!

35 pp (inc GST) - includes: bringing all relevant cooking/prep equipment (gas burner, paella pan, gas tank, cooking equipment); premium paella ingredients; staffing for 2.5 hrs (approx. timing: 45 mins set up/final prep, 45 mins cooking, 30 mins serving up paella to guests, 30 mins pack up).
